Difficoltà nel prenotare tramite APP (non ci sono tutti i servizi, le funzioni dell'app sono insufficienti). Non è possibile contattare l'Agenzia tramite telefono (da sempre occupato). Il numero di dipendenti allo sportello non è sufficiente per sopperire alle richieste dei cittadini. Il servizio del mercoledì pomeriggio è stato sospeso.

Pur avendo sbagliato il motivo dell’appuntamento mi hanno subito mandato allo sportello giusto dove hanno risolto il mio problema in dieci minuti…personale assolutamente disponibile e gentile, ancora grazie

Vergognoso! Nessuno risponde mai a telefono e senza appuntamento non è possibile presentarsi in ufficio. L'app per prenotarsi non funziona come si deve e se si cerca di chiamarli per un aiuto non rispondono. Li sto chiamando già 3 ore ininterrottamente ma mai nessuno che mi risponda. Non tutti hanno a disposizione tutto il giorno per stare a telefono. A maggior ragione con la crisi sanitaria bisognerebbe migliorare il lavoro degli operatori telefonici e non renderli ancora meno disponibili.

In vari tentativi non è mai stato possibile registrare un contratto di locazione. Ho dovuto consegnare la documentazione e mi hanno detto di ripassare tra un mese che forse mi ridanno il contratto registrato. Uno scandalo, nascosto dietro l'emergenza covid e tutti in smart working

Sto cercando ualcuno che mi aiuti ad avere la mia tessera sanitaria che ho smarrito e regolarmente denunciato! In ufficio mi hanno dato una e-mail per spedire il tutto ma non sembra arrivata a disposizione! Aiutatemi!!!

Terribile!! Totale mancanza di rispetto per il contribuente. Tre giorni per cercare di entrare, e una volta dentro su 15 sportelli solo 4 stavano lavorando con il pubblico. E risolto nulla.

we went there to apply for codice fiscali. i think everyone who is not italian has this notion/impression of the country's famous bureaucracy, so we did not know what to expect. but we were a bit apprehensive. when we got there, there was a tall, handsome gentleman at the check in counter (we did not get his name unfortunately) immediately noticed that we could not speak italian, and started helping us in perfect english ... he asked what we were there for, and told us how to fill out the form. when we told him we would like to apply for a tax code for each of us, he told us to fill out the forms first and he would check with his director if we were eligible (due to migrant crisis, a bit more restrictions were put in place as whom they can issue tax code to) when our number was called, we did not catch it quickly enough so we missed it; but the same gentleman put us back in queue. when we approached the agent's desk, we met another kind gentleman from palermo who knew exactly what he was doing, and went straight ahead with the processing. before we knew it, we have our "social security" numbers for italy! i am not only impressed with the set up and processes (very simple and clearly explained and laid out on their website) i am more impressed with staff's kindness and willingness to help. cannot be said about all the American government employees! ??? we have already made a decision to buy an apartment here in trieste in a year or two. this experience just further confirmed we made the right choice (of all the places in italy and in EU we could buy a property!) contrary to some conventional notion and wisdom, we have found people of trieste to be very kind, cultured and open minded.
