Le persone aspettano all'esterno della struttura senza panchine dove sedersi, persone anziane in piedi attendo ore all'esterno sotto il sole, mai visto scene del genere neanche nei paesi meno sviluppati. Alle 12 e 45 la guardia giurata chiude le porte, e tutti possono andare via perdendo il proprio turno e le proprie ore spese in coda, in piedi. La guardia giurata diceva che vi erano solo due sportelli attivi per una lista d'attesa (in piedi) di 80 persone. Qualche dirigente non fa il suo lavoro o non è degno di dirigere.. Giudicate Voi. Aggiungo oggi modificando il post che siamo a novembre e non è ancora arrivata. Visto che non rispondete disattivatela la linea telefonica così si risparmia !!!!!Dovrebbero specialmente in questo periodo avere più disponibilità ad avere servizi telefonici e poter gestire tutto online ,non prendere appuntamenti aspettare creare assembramenti anche per una semplice informazione!!e ridicolo…..siamo a Siracusa…. Ritelefono e chiedo una PEC per poterli contattare ma non ce l'hanno a portata di mano: la trova sul sito...purtroppo non riesco a vederla Bad service, if you manage to contact someone they give you another number where no one answers. I call again and ask for a PEC to contact them but they don't have it at hand: you can find it on the site ... unfortunately I can't see it
