Avevo solo 6 persone davanti con la lettera A. Quando hanno iniziato a richiamare mi sono ritrovato il primo della lista. Mi chiedo dove sono andate a finire le persone che avevo davanti? Innanzitutto trovare l'ufficio è già un'impresa, non si trova nella via indicata su internet. La loro scusante è stata che hanno diffuso la voce sul nuovo indirizzo. Mah!!! Poi non pensate di poter usufruire dei servizi che dovrebbero fornire ai cittadini. Io, dopo due volte e due ore di attesa in entrambi i casi, non sono riuscita a parlare nemmeno con un impiegato preposto, voglio premettere che non c'era nessuno prima di me ad aspettare. Ai cittadini voglio dire di farsi un favore e se possono di andare in uno dei tanti uffici della regione (come ho fatto io, andando a Catania), dove troveranno sicuramente cortesia e competenza e, se non possono, di lamentarsi e non subire passivamente: una signora era l'ottava volta che andava e non aveva ancora risolto il problema. Ricordate che il loro stipendio è pagato con le nostre tasse e in quanto contribuenti abbiamo il dovere di lamentarci, quando un servizio non funziona. Remember that their salary is paid with our taxes and as taxpayers we have a duty to complain when a service doesn't work.
