Polite and helpful staff. The length of the procedures are not the fault of the operators who are victims like us of procedures that are often redundant and not very computerized.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telefono e fax sempre staccati, l ufficio ha cambiato sede in via Venezia da un mese e non sanno manco I'll loro n.civico. posto scientificamente studiato per far perdere tempo e pazienza tra incomoetenza,burocrazia e affollamento. Solo l' imput personal e umano porta Avanti una baracca con sede nuova di zecca, ma un sistema totalmente da rivoluziinare. No sito web, no ufficio col publico etc etc
Telephone and fax always off, the office has changed its location in via Venezia a month ago and they don't even know their home number. scientifically designed place to waste time and patience between inconsistency, bureaucracy and crowding. Only the personal and human input brings forward a shack with a brand new headquarters, but a system totally to be revolutionized. No website, no office with the public etc etc
