Non rispondono al telefono, ti fanno lasciare il recapito perché così sarai richiamato praticamente per prenderti in giro perché non si sognano nemmeno di richiamare. Una vergogna. Al telefono impossibile avere risposte o informazioni ( linee occupate di continuo e/o operatori che non sanno cosa dirti , ti girano ad un altro ufficio ...) , on line non rispondono praticamente mai , ti dicono di mandare una pec. Ma per chiedere un informazione devo inviare una pec?? O una raccomandata ?? . Se vai di persona ti dicono di prenotare ma non vale per tutti alcuni entrano senza altri rimangono fuori. .
