★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andata a questa copisteria, che sembra molto professionale, ma ho scoperto che l'apparenza inganna: 1)sono andata qualche giorno prima del 28 per sapere tempi e costi, mi hanno ignorata per minuti, nonostante mi vedessero, finché sono stata io a chiamare per chiedere info,mi hanno detto che la stampa me l'avrebbero fatta al massimo in un giorno 2) la mattina del 28 mi sono recata con i miei pdf da stampare e mi hanno detto che ci sarebbero voluti due giorni, quindi sarei dovuta passare il 29 alla chiusura 3)il 29 sera non erano pronti, ci siam messi d'accordo per il 2 aprile all'apertura. 4)sono passata nel pomeriggio del 2, dentro, c'erano 2 clienti insieme, l'attesa è stata lunghissina, perché non erano cljenti della copisteria ma affari personali di uno dei due soci/lavoratori. Il signore se l'è presa con calma e hanno chiacchierato del più e del meno senza neanche chiedere cosa mi serviva, giusto per capire se poteva servirmi presto e continuare la chiacchierata... Alla fine arriva il mio turno e scopro che non hanno stampato nulla!! Allora inizia a stamparmeli sul momento, alcune pagine erano da stampare a colori altre in b/n. Scopro di aver pagato molte pag il triplo rispetto al dovuto, perché erano da stampare a colori ma sono i b/n. Ci avrei stampato la tesi... 700 euro persi per loro
I went to this copy shop, which seems very professional, but I found out that the appearance deceives: 1) I went a few days before 28 to know times and costs, they ignored me for minutes, even though they saw me, as long as I did call to ask for info, they told me that the press would have done it at most in one day 2) on the morning of the 28th I went with my pdf to print and they told me that it would take two days, so I would be due pass 29 at the closing 3) on the 29th evening they were not ready, we agreed for the 2nd of April at the opening. 4) I went in the afternoon of the 2nd, inside, there were 2 customers together, the wait was long, because they were not members of the copy shop but personal affairs of one of the two partners / workers. The gentleman took it calmly and chatted about this and that without even asking what I needed, just to see if he could serve me soon and continue the chat ... Eventually my turn comes and I find out that they have not printed nothing!! Then start printing them at the moment, some pages were to be printed in color and others in b / w. I discover that I paid many three times the amount due, because they were to be printed in color but they are the b / n. I would have printed the thesis ... 700 euros lost for them
