Complimenti per chi dovrebbe controllare. Persone così non solo non dovrebbero rivestire ruoli dirigenziali ma non dovrebbero neppure avere a che fare con il pubblico....se non solo un corso altamente intensivo di comunicazione e relazione interpersonale. Unfortunately, I had to deal with the current director of Enna's tax agency. Trovo vergognoso un comportamento del genere da un istituto pubblico. This office is not able to give information, you call and they do not answer, if they answer they tell you to send an email and then they don't even answer them. I find such behavior from a public institution shameful.
