Ieri ho avuto dei problemi oggi pomeriggio è venuto un tecnico (Francesco) che con grande professionalità e con cortesia e scrupolo, ha risolto il problema e ha verificato tutto il funzionamento della caldaia. Devo dire che tutti i tecnici della Comet sono molto bravi, ma anche gli uffici amministrativi offrono sempre disponibilità e cercano di farsi carico dei problemi dei clienti. Sono molto soddisfatto e consiglio vivamente i servizi di questa società (mio figlio pure è diventato cliente Comet). Complimenti. I have been a customer of the Comet company for many years, even if the owner is my wife, I have always found myself very well. Yesterday I had some problems this afternoon a technician (Francesco) came and with great professionalism and courtesy and scruple, he solved the problem and checked all the functioning of the boiler. I must say that all Comet technicians are very good, but also the administrative offices always offer availability and try to take care of the customers' problems. I am very satisfied and I highly recommend the services of this company (my son has also become a Comet customer). Well done.
C	Christian Montori on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che sono cliente Comet dal 2010 e non ho mai avuto problemi ne con gli operatori telefonici (fino ad oggi...) ne con i ragazzi (quest'anno Emanuele, ragazzo preciso ed educato...) che si sono alternati nel corso degli anni per le varie manutenzioni. Ieri mi è stato proposto di scegliere l'orario (NON una fascia oraria) e tra le opzioni disponibili ho scelto le 15. Il problema nasce oggi con il MALEDUCATO operatore telefonico che, interpellato alle 15.30 per avere informazioni sul ritardo, con toni e accenti fuori luogo inizia a dirmi più volte (incurante della mia risposta negativa) che se volevo potevo annullare l'appuntamento. Il culmine si realizza quando, 10 minuti dopo, mi richiama affermando con aria provocatoria di mandare via il Tecnico perché a suo dire era fuori il Cancello a citofonare senza avere riscontro, non sapendo che il Tecnico NON ha citofonato a me ma ad UN'ALTRA abitazione (conferma avuta successivamente dal Tecnico...). Talmente la sua maleducazione che, al mio accenno di perdita di pazienza (stufo del suo modo di fare...), ha velocemente riattaccato il telefono fuggendo così anche dalle doverose scuse! All'Azienda le dovute considerazioni... Yesterday I was asked to choose the time (NOT a time slot) and from the available options I chose 3pm. The problem arises today with the RUDE telephone operator who, consulted at 3.30 pm for information on the delay, with inappropriate tones and accents, begins to tell me several times (regardless of my negative answer) that if I wanted I could cancel the appointment. The climax is when, 10 minutes later, he calls me back, stating with a provocative air to send the Technician away because, according to him, he was outside the Gate to intercom without receiving feedback, not knowing that the Technician did NOT intercom to me but to ANOTHER home (confirmation received later by the technician ...). So much was his rudeness that, at my hint of loss of patience (fed up with his way of doing ...), he quickly hung up the phone thus also escaping from the dutiful apologies! To the Company due considerations ...

I tecnici che hanno fatto il lavoro sono stati professionali ed efficienti ( Francesco e Giacomo); anche con loro ho avuto le spiegazioni necessarie x utilizzare al meglio il nuovo prodotto. Sicuramente consiglierò la Comet alle persone che conosco. I changed the boiler with this company that I did not know before. Caldaia acquistata presso di loro e montata da loro, dopo 2 anni si presenta un problema di funzionamento, chiamiamo loro e con l’occasione vengono a fare la manutenzione ordinaria per 130€. Dopo qualche giorno si ripresenta il problema, li contattiamo e ci dicono che dobbiamo pagare nuovamente il tecnico 70€ per la “chiamata”! Non ammettono che il tecnico non ha individuato il problema e la persona addetta a rispondere al telefono incoraggia piuttosto a rivolgersi ad un’altra azienda. NB Velocissimi a rispondere alla recensione che non sono un loro cliente perché ovviamente la caldaia è stata acquistata da mia madre. Ridicoli! Bad company, highly not recommended !!! Oggi la segretaria che mi ha risposto al telefono ha risolto velocemente un problema con il mio appuntamento e un ringraziamento particolare va al tecnico Giacomo che con grande professionalità e cortesia si è rivelato scrupoloso e attento nella revisione della caldaia dandomi anche preziosi consigli sulla gestione della stessa.
