G	GENNARO SCATOLA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti scadenti peggio di quelli cinesi, credetemi in una settimana le lampade si sono bruciate due volte....mi hanno detto che la colpa è dell’impianto e non mi hanno accettato il reso, ho cambiato negozio ed è più di un mese che non ho problemi, fidatevi di un semplice consumatore sono una vera sola!!! si preoccupano solo di vendere il prodotto senza avere la minima competenza di consigliare la soluzione migliore per le vostre esigenze shoddy products worse than Chinese ones, believe in a week the lamps are burned twice .... I was told that the fault is the system and not have accepted my return, I changed the store and is more than a month I have no problems, trust a simple consumer I am a real one !!! they only care about selling the product without having the slightest competence to recommend the best solution for your needs

In più mi sento di consigliare il negozio per la gamma molto ampia di prodotti. The courtesy and helpfulness are necessarily to be reported beyond the friendliness of the staff who sought and found the best solution for me. In addition, I would recommend the shop for the very wide range of products.

Purtroppo ho rotto il delicato interruttore della lampada e mi sono subito rivolto al servizio clienti della nota casa italiana. Il lentissimo customer service mi ha risposto che mi avrebbe inviato il pezzo di ricambio, a mie esose spese, e che mi sarei dovuto rivolgere ad un elettricista per la sostituzione. Ho seguito le loro indicazioni. Per la sostituzione mi sono recato presso il negozio Led di Via Casilina - Finocchio: i ragazzi hanno sostituito l'interruttore che è durato pochissimi minuti - non ho potuto neppure riportare la lampada a casa!!!. Si sono subito ingegnati: hanno studiato il problema, hanno sostituito un porta lampade che era in corto e hanno sostituito il dimer a loro spese e sopratutto sono stati estremamente disponibili. Beh ...a spese ridicole ho una lampa come nuova. Consiglio a chiunque di fornirsi del loro supporto. Inoltre il negozio ha una vasta gamma di prodotti sempre a buon prezzo. Complimenti per la Vostra disponibilità, cortesia ed estro. Questi ragazzi conoscono il loro mestiere. Grazie ancora. Guido Pallottelli I am very pleased to deposit my testimony regarding these formidable boys. Two years ago I bought a lamp from a well-known Italian brand. Unfortunately, I broke the delicate switch on the lamp and immediately contacted the customer service of the well-known Italian company. The very slow customer service replied that they would send me the spare part, at my high expense, and that I would have to contact an electrician for the replacement. I followed their directions. For the replacement I went to the Led shop in Via Casilina - Finocchio: the boys replaced the switch which lasted a few minutes - I couldn't even bring the lamp back home !!!. They immediately worked out: they studied the problem, they replaced a lamp holder that was in short supply and they replaced the dimer at their expense and above all they were extremely helpful. Well ... at a ridiculous expense I have a lamp like new. I recommend anyone to get their support. In addition, the shop has a wide range of products always at a good price. Congratulations on your availability, courtesy and inspiration. These guys know their craft. Thanks again. Guido Pallottelli
M	Maurizio Pronesti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono andato di sabato pomeriggio e contrariamente a quanto scritto qui’ su google il negozio è chiuso quindi siete pregati di aggiornare perché ho fatto un viaggio a vuoto e non essendo della zona ho perso tempo e benzina!!!! I went on a Saturday afternoon and contrary to what is written here on google the shop is closed so please update because I had an empty trip and not being from the area I lost time and petrol !!!!
