★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ci siamo rivolti a questo negozio qualche tempo fa per la cameretta dei nostri figli. Sono state completamente sbagliate le misure (prese da loro a casa nostra) e quindi proponevano di far assottigliare lo spessore della parete (appena ripitturata) di qualchecentimetro per fare entrare il cassettone (di quelli che fanno da scaletta per salire nel letto a castello). Morale: l'abbiamo mandato indietro per farlo tagliare, ma è rimasto molto scomodo il passaggio per il letto .
 we turned to this store some time ago for our children's bedroom. The measurements (taken by them at our house) were completely wrong and therefore proposed to thin the thickness of the wall (just repainted) of a few centimeters to let in the chest of drawers (of those that act as a ladder to climb into the bunk bed). Moral: we sent him back to have him cut, but the passage to the bed remained very uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordinato letto il 27/10, mi viene detto che i tempi di consegna sono di 4 settimane
Chiamo per avere notizie giovedì 3/12 ed una signora alquanto scortese dice che il letto non è ancora arrivato e che mi avrebbe fatto sapere.
Non ho ricevuto nessuna chiamata da parte del negozio. Domani sono 6 settimane dall'ordine (a questo punto mi chiedo se il letto sia stato veramente ordinato) ma ancora non mi sono state date notizie.
Ordered read on 27/10, I am told that the delivery time is 4 weeks
I call for news on Thursday 3/12 and a rather rude lady says that the bed hasn't arrived yet and that she would let me know.
I have not received any calls from the store. Tomorrow are 6 weeks from the order (at this point I wonder if the bed was really ordered) but I have not been given any news yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un tavolo x soggiorno con sedie poco dopo il lockdown , sono stati onesti e chiarissimi sia sui tempi di consegna che sul prezzo . La signora che ci ha servito è stata paziente, ci ha mostrato i materiali dato che il tavolo non era esposto ed ha risposto alle mille domande fatte. Il montaggio è stato eseguito con celerità, sono stati attenti a tutto ciò che c era intorno, quindi senza fare danni o altro. I mobili sono molto belli, bella esposizione del negozio, parcheggio presente. Consigliato.
I bought a living room table with chairs shortly after the lockdown, they were honest and very clear on both delivery times and price. The lady who served us was patient, she showed us the materials as the table was not exposed and answered the thousand questions asked. The assembly was carried out quickly, they were attentive to everything around, so without doing damage or anything else. The furniture is very nice, nice shop display, parking available. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una panca soft bench di lago per 580€ spese di spedizione a carico della sottoscriva. La panca risultava da esposizione pertanto mi hanno mandato foto, mi hanno assicurato via telefono che la panca era praticamente nuova, dopo il bonifico la panca è arrivata danneggiata in punti MAI FOTOGRAFATI!
Inizialmente ho pensato che ci fosse stato una sbaglio che non era la panca visionata in foto. Invece per FRASCATI PAOLETTI ARREDAMENTI è responsabilità del corriere. Ho manifestato il diritto di recesso al contratto, richiesto rimborso, chiesto spiegazioni, telefonate, mail. NIENETE! Se ne lavano le mani dicendo sempre che è responsabilità del corriere ma è ben visibile e soprattutto, comprensibile a chiunque visionando la tipologia dei danni della panca (manca un quadrato, scrostata in più punti...e come è arrivata perfettamente imballata IN ALLEGATO FOTO) che i danni riportati dalla panca non sono imputabili alla consegna ma all'usura della panca stessa. TERRIBILI! MA SOPRATTUTTTO DISONESTI. Mi sento veramente derubata e presa in giro. NON FIDATEVI! NON ANDATE! NON VE LO CONSIGLIO ASSOLUTAMENTE!
I bought a lake soft bench for € 580 shipping costs to be paid by the subscriber. The bench was on display so they sent me photos, they assured me by phone that the bench was practically new, after the transfer the bench arrived damaged in places NEVER PHOTOGRAPHED!
Initially I thought that there was a mistake that it was not the bench seen in the photo. Instead for FRASCATI PAOLETTI ARREDAMENTI it is the responsibility of the courier. I have expressed the right of withdrawal from the contract, requested a refund, asked for explanations, phone calls, emails. NIENETE! They wash their hands, always saying that it is the responsibility of the courier but it is clearly visible and above all, understandable to anyone by viewing the type of damage to the bench (a square is missing, scuffed in several places ... and how it arrived perfectly packaged IN ATTACHMENT PHOTO ) that the damage reported by the bench is not attributable to delivery but to the wear of the bench itself. TERRIBLE! BUT ABOVE ALL DISHONEST. I feel really ripped off and made fun of. DON'T TRUST! DO NOT GO! I DON'T ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND IT!

Great shop, lots of choice, wide exposure. Experience in knowing how to advise the customer. We have furnished the whole house living room, kitchen, bedroom and bedroom in 2017 and to date everything has turned out to be of excellent quality. Punctual in deliveries and precise in assembly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire, ottima esperienza sin dall'inizio grazie alla professionalità e alla gentilezza della venditrice Veronica che con pazienza ci ha accompagnato nell'acquisto di un bellissimo armadio SanGiacomo e di un letto Twils... un pò di attesa anche a causa della particolare situazione che stiamo vivendo ma i mobili sono arrivati e sono stati montati da una squadra veramente brava, guidata da Massimo, devo dire un serio professionista. Purtroppo qualche pezzo è arrivato danneggiato ma Massimo se ne è subito accorto e ha prontamente segnalato per la sostituzione. Ci ritorneremo certamente.
What can I say, excellent experience from the beginning thanks to the professionalism and kindness of the seller Veronica who patiently accompanied us in the purchase of a beautiful SanGiacomo wardrobe and a Twils bed ... a bit of waiting also due to the particular situation that we are experiencing but the furniture has arrived and has been assembled by a really good team, led by Massimo, I must say a serious professional. Unfortunately some pieces arrived damaged but Massimo immediately noticed it and promptly reported for replacement. We will certainly be back.
