r	rossella ruggeri on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vado sempre li..da anni..molto gentili..oggi mi sono recata per cambio batteria...nella piccolezza ho visto l onestà...per loro non era necessario il cambio..fossi andata da qualcun altro mi avrebbe detto che la batteria era usurata...cmq per sicurezza lho voluta cambiare..me ne hanno data una con garanzia per due anni...per la mia ignoranza in materia lho considerato un atto di grande gentilezza.... V	Versione Finale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A seguito di ricovero in officina per mezzo di assistenza stradale, dopo più di 10 giorni di fermo auto e vari inutili tentativi, restituiscono l’auto senza risolvere il guasto. Ammettono candidamente di non essere in grado di sistemare l'auto, niente scuse e nessuna collaborazione. Mai vista tanta inettitudine, approssimazione e disorganizzazione allo stesso tempo. Nel sito web dell’officina si enfatizzata la loro capacità professionale (sic!) con l’utilizzo di termini/frasi tipo “La nostra attenzione verso le esigenze degli automobilisti ….”; “Innovazione…”; “….affidabilità ed ultima generazione….”; “….preparazione del nostro personale….”. Quanto ad etica professionale poi, non ne parliamo proprio, pare debba essere evaporata molto velocemente a causa delle recenti alte temperature estive. Un consiglio: in caso di necessità limitatevi al massimo al solo cambio delle tradizionali lampadine ad incandescenza. Non chiedete quelle dotate di tecnologia led: il compito potrebbe essere arduo e mettere a dura prova l’equilibrio tecnico-economico dell'azienda. A tip: in case of need, limit yourself to just the change of traditional incandescent bulbs. Do not ask for those equipped with LED technology: the task could be arduous and put a strain on the company's technical-economic balance.

Ho fatto oggi la revisione alla mia macchina..senza appuntamento anche con l'officina piena in 40 minuti avevano fatto tutto! Il Sig. ROBERTO davvero molto bravo chiedete di lui! Ricordo che effettuare correttamente, in tutti i suoi passaggi, la procedura di revisione è un operazione fondamentale per la propria sicurezza e quella degli altri occupanti della strada. Courteous but inefficient staff (while they were overhauling my car they received other customers and fixed repairs for other cars with consequent delay in the return of my car).
