Among other things, I had selected the house that I bought in the end through Bracco Immobiliare. From the first contact, everything was correctly and punctually translated into English by Laura. Laura from Bracco Immobiliare was an ideal point of contact. Several times I was able to visit the property (even after the agreement was signed). Laura took care of all the papers, Roberto checked the plans. Laura put me in touch with the notary, a bank and an insurance office. Soon I will live permanently in Piemonte. I owe this entirely to Laura.

She was on the ball with every email, question and query I had. Laura made it very easy to complete the purchase (as easy as is possible with Italian bureaucracy!) and I would recommend her to anybody. They were recommended to me by a fellow South African who bought her house through Laura. Even before I left for Italy, Laura did a video call from one of the houses so I could get a better idea. Once there, not only did Roberto (speaks only Italian) and Laura (also speaks English) spend hours with me driving between villages, but Laura also arranged viewings for me in Imperia, the Genoa area and Tuscany. Before I left, I had a whole schedule of appointments lined up by her. Thanks Team Bracco, you were great!
