★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super Carlo spreekt prima Engels. Hij doet zijn best het huis voor je te vinden wat bij jouw past. Wij hebben fijn met hem samengewerkt. Hij heeft een Nederlandse assistente die de juridische procedure nog wat kan vertalen als het Engels lastig is. Wij hebben met beide fijn gewerkt en een mooi huis gevonden.
Super Carlo speaks excellent English. He does his best to find the house that suits you. We have enjoyed working with him. He has a Dutch assistant who can translate the legal procedure if English is difficult. We have worked well with both and found a beautiful home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hatten Freitagabend einen Besichtigungstermin um 18.00Uhr in Italien ausgemacht wir waren 15 Std von Deutschland im Auto von einem Stau in den anderen Unwetter in Mailand haben uns verspätet um 1 Std dies haben wir mitgeteilt und kurz vor dem Ziel gesagt bekommen das es nicht mehr möglich ist zu besichtigen und auch nicht am nächsten Tag. Also sind wir umsonst runtergefahren (Schweizer Vignette italienische Autobahngebühren Übernachtung mussten wir ja bezahlen) einmal und nicht wieder so geht man nicht mit Kunden um wir haben uns sehr geägert...
Had a viewing appointment on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. in Italy we were 15 hours from Germany in the car from a traffic jam in the other storms in Milan, we were delayed by 1 hour, we were told and shortly before the destination we were told that it is no longer possible to visit and not the next day either. So we went down for free (Swiss vignette, Italian motorway tolls, we had to pay overnight accomodation) once and not again so you don't deal with customers, we were very worried ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir hatten Kontakt wegen eines Objektes und bekamen sehr schnell Rückmeldung und auch kurzfristig einen Besichtigungstermin. Der Chef selber war pünktlich am vereinbarten Ort. Er nahm sich viel Zeit und vermittelte uns auf der Fahrt zu den einzelnen Objekten einiges an Hintergrundwissen. Zudem ist bei IPI Immobiliare auch eine freundliche Niederländerin beschäftigt, welche unter anderem der deutschen Sprache mächtig ist.
Vielen Dank für die wirklich sehr gute Betreuung!
We had contact about a property and got feedback very quickly and a viewing appointment at short notice. The boss himself was on time at the agreed place. He took a lot of time and gave us some background knowledge on the drive to the individual objects. In addition, IPI Immobiliare also employs a friendly Dutch woman who, among other things, speaks German.
