Dopo aver fissato un appuntamento telefonico per visionare un immobile in vendita e dopo aver pattuito l'orario della visita, l'agente immobiliare si è presentata con oltre venti minuti di ritardo , ma questo ci può stare per vari motivi. Invece quello che vorrei segnalare e che proprio mentre andavamo via la sig.ra si presenta all'appuntamento in forte ritardo e alla nostra segnalazione che avrebbe potuto rispondere alla nostre numerose telefonate, o che avrebbe potuto avvertire del suo ritardo ,inaspettatamente ci sentiamo attaccare verbalmente dicendoci che se non ci andava bene potevamo anche andarcene . E QUELLO CHE ABBIAMO FATTO credo ci sia molto da migliorare e spero che questa recezione possa in qualche maniera servire per prendere atto e possibilmente migliorare . After making a telephone appointment to view a property for sale and after agreeing the time of the visit, the real estate agent showed up more than twenty minutes late, but this can be there for various reasons. Instead, what I would like to point out is that just as we were leaving, Mrs. shows up very late for the appointment and our report that she could have answered our numerous phone calls, or that she could have warned of her delay, unexpectedly we feel verbally attacked. telling us that if we didn't like it we might as well leave. AND WHAT WE HAVE DONE I believe there is a lot to improve and I hope that this reception can somehow serve to take note and possibly improve. Have a good evening
