★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presentata una pratica per un passaggio di proprietà il 15 luglio, ad oggi non sono ancora proprietario del mezzo.per due volte hanno ignorato le segnalazioni del pra sugli errori di presentazione che ha respinto quindi la pratica. Chiaramente ho dovuto segnalare io il mancato passaggio di proprieta del Mezzo pagato ed inutizzabile.senza parole.
 Submitted a practice for a change of ownership on July 15, to date I am not yet the owner of the vehicle. Twice they ignored the reports of the pra on presentation errors which therefore rejected the practice. Clearly I had to report the non-transfer of ownership of the paid and unusable vehicle. Without words.

Grazie davvero , il mio amico verrà domani a fare un altro passaggio per la vettura che deve acquistare lui adesso che ci siamo trovati bene.

I can't put ZERO stars! For over a year to solve a problem created by them for a change of ownership! After countless reminders! I had to go to a lawyer. Not trusting even the PRA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se si potesse metterei 0 stelle(con tutto rispetto per yuri che è l unica persona seria in questa "agenzia"). se soffri di ansia non ti fanno prendere la patente ma intanto la rinnovano ai vari delinquenti di zona. sono stato 1 anno la dentro ma appena ho cambiato autoscuola in 2 settimane sono riuscito a superare l esame pratico e li ho capito che il problema non ero io ma l autoscuola.
if you could I would put 0 stars (with all respect for yuri who is the only serious person in this "agency"). if you suffer from anxiety they do not make you take your license but in the meantime they renew it to the various offenders in the area. I was in there for 1 year but as soon as I changed driving school in 2 weeks I managed to pass the practical exam and there I realized that the problem was not me but the driving school.

Bad experience. Availability equal to 0. They give you a phone number which is also what you find online but no one ever answers! Really a disappointment because they don't give any kind of availability

Ho effettuato un passaggio di proprietà da piu di un mese, dicendomi che mi avrebbero spedito il libretto a casa dopo circa una settimana, rilasciandomi un permesso con validità 30 giorni per poter circolare, e dopo un mese non ho ricevuto nulla, così ho effettuato una visura e il veicolo risulta ancora intestato al proprietario precedente, quindi non hanno neanche effettuato il passaggio ma la cosa peggiore è che a questo numero dopo numerose chiamate in vari giorni, non ho mai ricevuto alcuna risposta, 0 disponibilita ! Non la consiglio a nessuno questa agenzia .chissà quanto ancora dovrò aspettare
