★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wenn man anruft, nimmt kaum mal jemand ab. Und wenn, dann ist das Personal reserviert und kurz angebunden. Wenn man sich nicht mit dieser Agentur beschäftigen müsste, würde ich es lassen.
When you call, hardly anyone picks up the phone. And if so, the staff is reserved and briefly connected. If you didn't have to deal with this agency, I would leave it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Den einen Stern gibs nur für die Freundlichkeit! Die Kompetenz sowie der Wille etwas genau zu erklären und klare Antworten zu geben ist nicht vorhanden! Man wird dann auf Bozen verwiesen! Beschämend das dies der Ablauf in öffentlichen Ämtern ist!
There is only one star for friendliness! The competence as well as the will to explain something exactly and to give clear answers is not available! You will then be referred to Bolzano! Shameful that this is the process in public office!

Wäre es ein Privatunternehmen dann würden einige Arbeitsplätze durch die Digitalisierung der Prozesse ersetzt.
Few skills and a very bad work ethic - you should bring the time and patience accordingly.
If it were a private company, some jobs would be replaced by digitizing the processes.
