★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situata nella piazza del palazzo vescovile, la colonna ricorda la fondazione della città avvenuta nel 901. L'opera è un progetto dello scultore Norbert Pfretaschner e inaugurato il 24 ottobre 1909. Sulla cima della colonna spicca l'agnello pasquale stemma della diocesi e di Bressanone. La statua raffigura il vescovo Zaccaria che benedice la città e i tre rilievi ai lati del basamento rappresentano l'eroe tirolese Peter Mayr.
 Located in the square of the bishop's palace, the column recalls the foundation of the city in 901. The work is a project by the sculptor Norbert Pfretaschner and inaugurated on 24 October 1909. On the top of the column stands the Easter lamb coat of arms of the diocese and Bressanone . The statue depicts the bishop Zacharias who blesses the city and the three reliefs on the sides of the base represent the Tyrolean hero Peter Mayr.
