Tagliere di salumi con pancetta di cinghiale, lonza, prosciutto, salame e formaggi. Fatevi consigliare da loro per le quantità o rischoerete di trovarvi con più roba del dovuto. Stupendo. Personale gentilissimo. Prenotazione obbligatoria. Si paga a peso per cui nessuna sorpresa. Onestissimo. We had dinner in this wonderful place, among the ancient olive trees. Capocollo steaks, pork belly, sausage and bowls, all cooked on the grill. Cold cuts platter with wild boar bacon, loin, ham, salami and cheeses. L'accesso alla fattoria è ben curato con i prati, dove durante la bella stagione si mangia, ben tenuti, impossibile dove si posteggia per il cattivo odore di liquami forse ci sono le stalle attigue. La sala non molto grande con un camino al centro può ospitare una settantina di persone nell'insieme niente di particolare ma non male. Il menù è composto da taglieri di formaggi o salumi e carne alla brace esclusivamente di maiale, non c'è la possibilità di avere un primo di pasta, mi aspettavo ci fossero almeno delle orecchiette che da queste parti le trovi dappertutto o degli antipasti di verdure e sottoli ma anche delle semplici patatine o dell'insalata verde e pomodori. Devo dire che la carne era ben cotta e buona, se volete farvi una bella "abboffata" e spendere poco, questo è il posto ideale. Ci siamo lasciati consigliare dal proprietario cosa ci doveva essere servito. Un tagliere di salumi gigantesco di produzione casereccia. Ho detto tutto, squisito, soprattutto il capocollo. Poi ci hanno portato un misto di carne arrosto. Davvero deliziosa. Niente da aggiungere. Anche il prezzo è stato davvero onesto a mio dire. Very rustic and warm environment. Genuine and homemade food. We let the owner advise us what we should be served. A gigantic platter of homemade cold cuts. I said everything, exquisite, especially the capocollo. Then they brought us a joint of roast meat. Really delicious. Nothing to add. The price was also really fair in my opinion.
