E	Ester Golia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ mi dicono per prendere un appuntamento devo passare dal centralino centrale di findomestic (quando l'operatrice del centralino mi aveva detto di no). morale? richiamo il centralino (numero verde) che mi rimanda nuovamente all'agenzia perchè quello che mi hanno detto non era vero. cerco di ricontattare l'agenzia ma agganciano continuamente il telefono. direi poca attenzione al cliente oltre che maleducazione e incuranza del tempo delle persone. they tell me to make an appointment I have to go to findomestic's central switchboard (when the switchboard operator told me no). moral? I call the switchboard (toll-free number) which sends me back to the agency because what they told me was not true. I try to get back to the agency but they hang up the phone all the time. I would say little attention to the customer as well as rudeness and carelessness of people's time.

Preciso che ho richiesto preventivi anche presso altre banche e finanziarie, ma in questa agenzia Findomestic hanno cercato di formularmi un paio di proposte che più si avvicinassero alle mie esigenze , ovviamente anche con il miglior tasso applicabile.
