B	Bob Solvobb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non risiedo a Siracusa e mi sono servito di questa agenzia per una pratica di passaggio di proprietà. il 26/02/2020 ho effettuato una voltura di un veicolo storico, pratica che non è stato possibile completare in giornata, nei successivi 11 giorni lavorativi (15 inclusi i non lavorativi) non sono riusciti a completare la pratica e da allora, grazie anche al COVID19 non ho ottenuto ciò per cui ho pagato. Per quanto possano esserci difficoltà al di sopra delle nostre possibilità vedi l'emergenza sanitaria e il difficile momento che stiamo affrontando tutti, l'unico motivo per cui i signori di questa struttura si meritano una stella, è il fatto di non avere ricevuto nemmeno una telefonata, anche solo per dire appena torniamo alla "normalità" la chiamo, oppure non ci siamo dimenticati di lei. Le agenzie dovrebbero supportare i clienti nel difficile mondo di intrecci burocratici, invece complicano ulteriormente procedure.
