Mi sono stati presentati diversi potenziali interessati tutti abbastanza referenziati, la loro disponibilita' per le visite e' stata pressoche' totale, ed il loro supporto impeccabile. In particolare devo ringraziare Chiara che si e' rivelata una grande professionista oltre che una persona molto simpatica. Sinceramente mi sento di consigliare questa agenzia, con cui certamente continuero' a collaborare in futuro
My experience with this agency has been excellent. They helped me find a tenant for my apartment relatively quickly. I was presented with various potential interested parties, all of which were fairly referenced, their availability for visits was almost total, and their support was impeccable. In particular I have to thank Chiara who turned out to be a great professional as well as a very nice person. I sincerely recommend this agency, with which I will certainly continue to collaborate in the future

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'agenzia è definitavemente chiusa. Non rispondono al telefono da giorni, e anche passando davanti all'ufficio non c'è mai nessuno.
Nessun cartello di chiusure per ferie ne altro. Avevo anche un contratto da stipulare tramite loro praticamente concluso, ma sembrano essere spariti.
Se avete bisogno di agenzie immobiliari meglio rivolgersi altrove, Affittapresto ormai è chiuso.
The agency is definitely closed. They haven't answered the phone for days, and even walking past the office there is never anyone.
No sign of closures for holidays or anything else. I also had a contract to be entered into through them which was practically concluded, but they seem to have disappeared.
If you need real estate agencies, it is better to go elsewhere, Affittapresto is now closed.

Ci propone un bellissimo appartamento per due studenti cercando di rifilarci un contratto in solido con volture alla cifra di 850€ ptessandoci che era adatto a due studenti ripetendo "guarda se non lo prendi lascia pure stare allora che via .."

What can I say, you call for an apartment, you go, and the guy completely starts talking about something else, well over € 200.
He offers us a beautiful apartment for two students trying to give us a joint and several contract with transfers for the sum of 850 € ptessandoci that it was suitable for two students repeating "look if you don't take it leave it alone then what away .."
Zero professionalism, you seem taken from the street

La persona che dovevo incontrare non si è presentata all'ora stabilita e non mi ha neanche avvertito. Il personale dell'agenzia si è rivelato veramente scortese, perché solo su mia insistenza si è messa in contatto con il collega che stavo aspettando, il quale ha detto che sarebbe arrivato in ritardo. Dopo 30 minuti di attesa, me ne sono andato. Questo non è un comportamento serio e ha confermato le recensioni negative che avevo letto in precedenza
I had made an appointment at the agency for this afternoon. Not living in Pisa, I had organized myself by train. The person I was supposed to meet didn't show up at the appointed time and didn't even warn me. The agency staff turned out to be really rude, because only at my insistence did they get in touch with the colleague I was waiting for, who said he would be late. After 30 minutes of waiting, I left. This is not serious behavior and confirmed the negative reviews I had read earlier
