Il giorno prima della visita chiamo per confermare, il titolare rinnega di aver mai chiamato nessuno.
Tempo perso, casa persa.
Non rivolgetevi a questi elementi tutt'altro che professionali e seri che dovrebbero investire il loro tempo in attività diverse.

Vi contraddite ancora... Ieri mi avete detto che è stata affittata (a un parente del proprietario) e non è più disponibile.
La vostra (non) professionalità è IMBARAZZANTE!! Torno a consigliarvi di rivolgere i vostri sforzi verso attività che vi si addicano meglio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno richiesto via email dei documenti, tra cui codice fiscale, carta identità, buste, CUD... Nella mail però mancava l'informativa OBBLIGATORIA sulla privacy, ho chiamato x richiedere di inviarmela e mi sono sentito rispondere che 'non la chiede nessuno' xchè 'i documenti che chiediamo sono prassi'. Beh, inutile dire che ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna email con tale liberatoria xchè richiedere ciò che ti spetta per legge automaticamente ti esclude dalla possibilità di trovare una casa x la tua famiglia. Il peggio del peggio, fate attenzione!

Ci può anche stare bene.
Dopo due colloqui telefonici nel quale ci è stato detto che non è una gara al chi primo arriva, scopriamo in agenzia, che questo immobile non è più (o non è mai stato) visionabile in quanto ci sono troppe richieste di persone interessate. Ci viene detto che ci faranno sapere per un appartamento alternativo (o di ripiego)... dopo un mese stiamo ancora aspettando quella chiamata. Per fortuna che ci siamo arrangiati.

We are told they will let us know for an alternative (or makeshift) apartment ... after a month we are still waiting for that call. Luckily we made do.
