È da settembre che chiedo di visionare un appartamento in affitto, sono andata 100 volte in agenzia per cercare di avere un appuntamento ma niente. Ad oggi che siamo a dicembre sono andata per l' ennesima volta in agenzia e dalla ragazza che si occupa degli affitti, Giulia, mi viene detto che l'appartamento è stato affittato . Serietà zero... Dopo averli tempestati di chiamate e di mail per diventare inquilini certificati ci mostrano un appartamento che faceva al caso nostro ed eravamo in attesa della consegna delle chiavi. Dopo una settimana si accorgono che l immobile necessitava di ulteriori autorizzazioni per essere affittato e non si sapevano le tempistiche. Tanto scrupolosi nel voler vedere le mie buste paghe per vedere se sono un inquilina certificata e poi non controllano gli immobili che pubblicano?avevamo estrema urgenza di trovare casa e credetemi che non è stato simpatico rimettersi di nuovo alla ricerca. Sconsigliatissimo.! One star is too much. Hallucinating lack of professionalism. After bombarding them with calls and emails to become certified tenants, they show us an apartment that was right for us and we were waiting for the keys to be handed over. After a week they realize that the property needed further authorizations to be rented and the timing was not known. So scrupulous in wanting to see my paychecks to see if I'm a certified tenant and then they don't check the properties they publish? We had extreme urgency to find a house and believe me it wasn't nice to start looking again. Sconsigliatissimo.!

Con L inganno mi hanno fatto firmare un pre accordo in cui non sono state rispettate le mie richieste. Sicuramente c’è stata un po’ di ingenuità da parte mia, ma da parte loro assenza completa di professionalità. Direi da denuncia. A terrible experience. Absolutely lack of clarity, no protection for the tenant. With the deception they made me sign a pre-agreement in which my requests were not respected. There was certainly a bit of naivety on my part, but on their part there was a complete lack of professionalism. I would say by complaint.

E dopo non ti risponderanno il telefono ne avranno tempo per un appuntamento ne tanto meno ti daranno in dietro i tuoi soldi e ovviamente non ti consegnano la casa .. I can only tell you that this agency works on the basis of lie and deception! And after that they won't answer your phone, they won't have time for an appointment, much less they'll give you your money back and obviously they won't give you the house ..

Le affiderei il mio immobile subito se ne avessi uno ? cmq mi ha aiutato tantissimo cn l'affitto. Consiglio di andare da loro perché sn davvero i numeri uno. Giulia is a very serious and intelligent person, sunny and very clear in her explanations. 100% reliable and carries out its work with seriousness and professionalism. I would entrust my property to you immediately if I had one ? cmq it helped me a lot with the rent. I recommend going to them because they are really number one.
