I will never rely on them again ... if you are late for an appointment, even for just a minute ... they will contact you immediately to find out where you are ... but they take the privilege of not answering the phone and even less of the messages ... one day I set a second appointment to allow my husband to see the house as he works outside and still hadn't seen it ... what happens ... the agent who took care of our practice didn't he showed up ... after so many telephone attempts he finally replies ... initially denying the appointment then later hearing perhaps my voice that was rising he invents the excuse of mourning (as was done at school) pity however that he felt a great racket ... maybe the funeral was held in a bar ... end of the fair sent us to see the apartment alone ... the time comes to present the proposal to the owners and even a tragedy there ... l the appointment is moved from day to day ... ditto for the answer ... gentlemen n they do not accept the proposal and the next day I go to the agency to take back the check of 1200 euro that I had made and that the gentlemen would have cashed in case they had accepted ... appointment at 16.00 ... this time it is he who arrives at 16.03 he is not yet in the agency ... then I call him ... an eye for an eye ... after a while he arrives ... what happens? he doesn't find the check ... he turns it turns in the middle of the documents ... but there is no trace of the check ... he proposes to take it to me at home the day after I refuse (given the precedents of his lack of reliability ) ... from there I wouldn't have moved until that check had come out ... so much so that he goes home to look for him and I remain alone to wait in the agency ... he returns but nothing and then there too proposes to return after an hour to give him some peace of mind in looking for him ... I still refuse and he threatens me by saying that I was in a private property ... there the blood went to my brain and I replied that in the meantime it was not a house but a commercial activity and therefore open to the public and that I would have called the carabinieri because by now he had really made me turn my balls ... I don't know, however, in hearing the word carabinieri he got the word lighting and found the check ... sorry but if you can avoid crossing the threshold of this agency

If you find yourself having to enter into a contract with this agency, I hope in the absence of any other housing option, remember: 1) you register every payment made by / to the agency, and keep a written record of everything that happens during the rental period. 2) ask employees several times about payments, the type of bills to be paid, the conditions for returning the initial deposit, etc. Keep in mind that the Abaco employees they have no problem to guarantee you one thing verbally with great conviction, only to return after a few months pretending nothing to enforce what is written in the contract. The only thing that matters in managing the relationship with the agency is the CONTRACT, in every clause, do not trust what you are told and do NOT sign the contract if it contains no bright spots or different from what has been agreed verbally. 3) At the beginning of the rent, even if it is not requested or recommended, take photos of the whole house, dozens if needed, and have them added to the contract by the operator. You will avoid hundreds of euros of cleaning or "maintenance" of the house, which will arrive at the end of the year and from which you cannot defend yourself in the absence of photos taken at the beginning of your stay. After a personal experience of misunderstanding, "surprises" on the costs due to "misunderstandings with the bosses" and clauses referred to verbally and then withdrawn by force on the details of the contract, and counting that after 5 months from the end of the rental I find myself again having to pay bills, housekeeping, internet, tari and various pots, I can only strongly advise against it. Among Agency fees, disruptions and changes in costs (plus all with the common contracts, the bills waste to be made on your behalf), I assure you it is going to cost a lot later than you think, and for the "service" abacus offers, it is not worth the candle to go with agency.
