★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho finalmete completato un acquisto tra Alba e Tortoreto e questo grazie a Diego, della Tecnorete Studio Tortoreto 1, che si è reso disponibilissimo a mediare con la parte venditrice (persona decisamente difficile) e, soprattuto, a seguire il resto delle pratiche, volture, ecc. che avrebbero fatto perdere del tempo a chiunque. Consigliata l'agenzia per la disponibilità di orari per l'accompagnamento e l'aiuto a trovare una soluzione a ciò che si cerca.

In un periodo come questo, comprovato da restrizioni, per chi come me è di un’altra città, ma innamorato di questi posti, è stato indispensabile l’apporto professionale, che è stato portato avanti con capacità esemplari ed alta proposizione risolutiva mettendo insieme aspettative sia della parte acquirente che di quella venditrice. È stato un dialogo aperto con scambio di osservazioni, dove l’Agenzia è stato il tramite di ogni decisione intrapresa, in spirito di armonia.
