★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grande cortesia e pane ottimo, in particolare quello cosiddetto "cafone", con farina tipo "0", lievito madre e sale, buonissimo e di lunga durata. Consigliato!!!
 Great courtesy and excellent bread, in particular the so-called "peasant", with flour type "0", yeast and salt, very good and long lasting. Recommended!!!
