Abbiamo frequentato altre agenzie ma non abbiamo mai trovato la stessa professionalità e cortesia. Da quando ho visto il primo appartamento proposto ho capito che ci saremmo sempre serviti da loro, e così è stato. Quest'anno, causa Covid abbiamo deciso di rinunciare alle vacanze al mare. Ho chiamato Laura per avvisarla e mi è stato fatto un buono pari al valore che avevo già versato per la caparra. Gli appartamenti proposti sono sempre stati belli e ben curati, puliti e ben serviti. Nessuna sorpresa, a parte qualche pentola rovinata (prontamente sostituita). Io sono di Milano e quando vado ad Alba mi intrattengo con Paolo che mi chiede sempre novità :-) Consigliatissima!!! We have been visiting Alba for 7 years now and since 2016 we are Albamare customers. We attended other agencies but we never found the same professionalism and courtesy. Ever since I saw the first apartment proposed, I understood that we would always be served by them, and so it was. This year, due to Covid, we decided to give up beach holidays. I called Laura to notify her and I was given a voucher equal to the value I had already paid for the deposit. The proposed apartments have always been beautiful and well cared for, clean and well served. No surprise, apart from a few ruined pots (promptly replaced). I'm from Milan and when I go to Alba I talk to Paolo who always asks me for news :-) Highly recommended !!!

Cosa altro dire?... Non cambierò più agenzia. Excellent in all, splendid management, Paolo a helpful and professional person ... the accommodation in which we stayed just 300 meters from the sea, a new and safe complex! What else to say? ... I won't change agency anymore.

L'ho chiamata lunedi pomeriggio19 aprile x un affitto estivo e ha detto che mi avrebbe ricontattata l'indomani mattina. Purtroppo ad oggi sabato 24 aprile si deve ancora far sentire. Non si lavora cosi. My experience with the albamare agency has been negative. I called her Monday afternoon April 19th for a summer rental and she said she would contact me the next morning. Unfortunately, as of today, Saturday 24 April it has yet to be heard. You don't work like that.

L'appartamento era pulito e luminoso come ci aspettavamo e l'assistenza durante la villeggiatura sempre all'altezza. Grazie anche per le dritte sui locali e altri posti da visitare. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare per le prossime vacanze!! Professional and friendly we can only thank Laura, Paolo and all the staff of the agency. Always available, from providing clarification at the time of booking and to welcoming us and making us always feel welcome at all times of our holiday. The apartment was clean and bright as we expected and the assistance during the holiday always lived up to it. Thanks also for the tips on the premises and other places to visit. We can't wait to go back for the next holidays !!

Negli anni passati ho avuto sempre esperienze molto positive con questa agenzia. Laura e Paolo si sono sempre fatti in 4 per accontentare tutte le mie richieste. Ottima agenzia. Consigliatissima! I am sorry that this year I have not found anything available for the period in which we have vacation, so I will have to look elsewhere for the apartment for my holidays in Alba. In the past years I have always had very positive experiences with this agency. Laura and Paolo have always gone out of their way to satisfy all my requests. Great agency. Highly recommended!
