★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'esperienza con lo Studio Missaglia è stato estremamente positivo. Mi hanno affiancato nella gestione dell'offerta verso il proprietario di casa dandomi indicazioni dettagliate al fine di produrre un'offerta che incontrasse le aspettative mie e del venditore.
La vendita ha poi subito dei ritardi, non dovuti all'operato dell'agenzia, ma loro sono stati in grado di mediare con il proprietario per fare in modo che io non avessi alcun tipo di disaggio.
Tutti i collaboratori sono stati sempre disponibili e gentili nella gestione delle mie richieste per cui non posso fare a meno di consigliare lo studio.
The experience with Studio Missaglia was extremely positive. They supported me in managing the offer to the home owner by giving me detailed information in order to produce an offer that met my and the seller's expectations.
The sale then suffered delays, not due to the agency's work, but they were able to mediate with the owner to make sure that I didn't have any kind of disadvantage.
All the collaborators were always available and kind in managing my requests, so I cannot help but recommend the studio.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo urgenza di vendere e trovare un nuovo appartamento che soddisfasse i miei gusti, mi sono rivolto a Pietro ed Attilio, titolari dell'agenzia, hanno dapprima visionato il mio appartamento e nel giro di pochi giorni hanno trovato l'acquirente, seguendo e consigliando al meglio la vendita, avvenuta nel giro di 1 mese. Conoscendo le mie esigenze mi hanno proposto di visionare degli appartamenti di mio gusto. Centrato l'obbiettivo, hanno aiutato me e la mia famiglia passo passo nell'acquisto. Che dire dunque: estrema professionalità e cura del cliente e dei dettagli, diventando così degli amici che si prestano e ti accompagnano durante tutte le fasi di vendita e ricerca. Consiglierei a chiunque cerchi un appartamento, di rivolgersi a loro e il personale che lavora con loro. La professionalità e la cortesia qui sono di casa.
I had an urgent need to sell and find a new apartment that would satisfy my tastes, I turned to Pietro and Attilio, owners of the agency, they first viewed my apartment and within a few days they found the buyer, following and advising the better the sale, which took place within 1 month. Knowing my needs, they offered me to see some apartments of my taste. Having achieved the goal, they helped me and my family step by step in the purchase. What to say then: extreme professionalism and attention to the customer and details, thus becoming friends who lend themselves and accompany you during all stages of sales and research. I would recommend anyone looking for an apartment to contact them and the staff who work with them. Professionalism and courtesy are at home here.
