La mia esperienza alla fine è risultata positiva, l'agente che mi ha seguita in questa ricerca mi ha permesso di farmi innamorare della casa che ho poi acquistato, facendo da mediatore tra me e la contro parte. Difficile avere informazioni (peraltro dovute) da poter esaminare con calma, cosa indispensabile dato che ci si rivolge per una compravendita di un immobile, mica di patate.
L’agenzia dovrebbe gestire la compravendita di un immobile, svolgendo funzioni di mediazione con trasparenza e imparzialità, questo è quello che mi sarei aspettata.
Inoltre faccio notare l’importanza dell’etica professionale, quella sconosciuta…
Spero con queste poche parole, di stimolare almeno qualche riflessione

Avevo fretta di vendere casa e loro si sono impegnati molto per trovare l'acquirente giusto per me. Inoltre avevo acquistato un'altra casa con un agenzia diversa perché non era nella zona di Peschiera, ma Michel mi ha seguita per le varie pratiche mettendosi in contatto con l'altra agenzia e facendo coincidere perfettamente tempi di vendita e acquisto. Non posso che essere soddisfatta. Michel è una persona seria e molto preparata.

I was in a hurry to sell my house and they went to great lengths to find the right buyer for me. Furthermore, I had bought another house with a different agency because it was not in the Peschiera area, but Michel followed me through the various practices by getting in touch with the other agency and making the sales and purchase times perfectly coincide.
