They helped me in all possible and impossible practices, since the owner of the house lives outside Italy. Living in Rome, it is not easy to find such a staff. La mia personale esperienza , trattandosi tra l'altro dell'acquisto della prima e spero definitiva casa , mi ha creato numerosi dubbi e perplessità sull'ingente acquisto, dubbi e perplessità che tutto il competete e professionale staff dell'agenzia Tecnocasa di Roma San Pietro ha compreso e mi ha consigliato e trovato soluzioni per sciogliere ogni mia perplessità in merito, come se fossi uno di famiglia, e se non fosse stato per loro magari non avrei acquistato il meraviglioso appartamento da loro proposto. Oggi purtroppo, in qualsiasi attività commerciale, si pensa solo a vendere senza curarsi delle conseguenze economiche ed emotive alle quali un qualsiasi acquirente va incontro. Tutto questo non è mai stato percepito da me stesso, anzi grazie allo staff , soprattutto alla professionalità e disponibilità e preparazione di Sabrina , mi sento in dovere di consigliare a chiunque cerca casa di rivolgersi alla filiale sopracitata perchè la mia personale esperienza è stata positiva in tutto e per tutto e oggi sono contento di aver trovato persone e professionisti che mi hanno ascoltato e mi hanno consigliato bene, come mai nessun'altra agenzia aveva fatto.
