Vedo un immobile da prendere in affitto, appuntamento con il consulente e visita tutto ok.
Mi faccio lasciare procedura e mail per invio documenti, che invio giusto dopo un paio di giorni.
Successivamente: SPARITI!!!
Per questa agenzia i clienti sono solo dei numeri e non hanno alcuna importanza.
A me non creava alcun problema se la mia proposta non era consona a ciò che cercavano, ma tu agenzia DEVI contattare i tuoi clienti anche per dare esito negativo, soprattutto quando la gente cerca urgentemente casa e attende con trepidazione, e soprattutto quando vai a pretendere per la commissione di un immobile a 490€ al mese, la modifica cifra di 1000€ + IVA DI COMMISSIONI!!!! Quando le altre agenzie chiedono il 10% + iva del canone annuo. Roba da matti. State alla larga da questo tipo di agenzie, perché non hanno idea di cosa sia il rispetto e la professionalità…

It did not create any problem for me if my proposal was not in keeping with what they were looking for, but you agency MUST contact your customers even to give a negative result, especially when people are looking for a home urgently and are waiting with trepidation, and especially when you go to expect for the commission of a property at 490 € per month, the modification amount of 1000 € + VAT OF COMMISSIONS !!!! When other agencies ask for 10% + VAT of the annual fee. Crazy stuff. Stay away from this type of agency, because they have no idea what respect and professionalism are ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PESSIMI. Trattativa per acquisto di un immobile condotta malissimo. Si sono presentati come i più onesti degli agenti immobiliari, ma alla fine si sono rivelati i peggiori. Non ci hanno fatto visionare il rifiuto delle proposta da parte del venditore, non ci hanno fatto fare una controproposta e ci hanno raccontato ben tre diverse versioni sulle motivazioni del rifiuto della proposta. Esperienza pessima, non consiglierei questa agenzia a nessuno.
BAD. Negotiation for the purchase of a property conducted very badly. They presented themselves as the most honest of real estate agents, but in the end they turned out to be the worst. They did not show us the refusal of the proposal by the seller, they did not make us make a counter-offer and they told us three different versions on the reasons for the refusal of the proposal. Bad experience, I would not recommend this agency to anyone.
