Pur non conoscendolo, dopo poco ho capito che era l’ agente a cui poter dare fiducia poiché, comprendendo pienamente le esigenze e le possibilità del compratore, non ti fa perdere tempo portandoti in casa le persone sbagliate: qualità essenziale in questo lavoro. Assolutamente consigliato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 20 minuti di ritardo dell'agente, noi provenienti da Milano per vedere una casa a ponte san Pietro, l'agenzia ci chiama per dirci che in quel momento un cliente ha bloccato la casa vista il giorno prima. Noi abbiamo chiamato per chiedere conferma dell'appuntamento e il motivo del ritardo e ci è stato detto dall'impiegata che l'agente era impegnato ma stava arrivando Ci aspettavamo almeno una telefonata per evitarci,se non la strada, almeno l'attesa visto che presumibilmente questa persona era nei loro uffici da un pezzo,avendo anche compilato un assegno. Pessimo comportamento e totale assenza di professionalità.

We called to confirm the appointment and the reason for the delay and we were told by the employee that the agent was busy but was arriving We expected at least one phone call to avoid, if not the road, at least the wait since presumably this person had been in their offices for some time, having also filled out a check.
