In un mese e mezzo ha venduto i due appartamenti soddisfando in maniera incredibile le nostre aspettative nel giro di un mese ha trovato la nostra ricerca grazie al suggerimento della moglie e a tutt'ora ci sta seguendo in maniera impeccabile!!!!! A	Appuntiegiudizi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto tempo fa ho chiamato chiedendo di immobili a Longuelo con determinate caratteristiche ed ho lasciato miei contatti chiedendo di essere ricontattato qualora entrassero in possesso di unità immobiliari pari alla mia ricerca. Ho richiamato un mese fa chiedendo se ci fosse qualche novità, ma ancora nulla delle proposte rientrava in ciò che sto cercando. Per caso poi entrando in internet vedo che hanno un appartamento esattamente con le caratteristiche da me elencate in via Bach proprio a Longuelo. Ho richiamato di nuovo mi riferiscono che sono già in trattativa. Logico per me pensare che non avessero raccolto i miei dati e quanto ricercavo. Da un lato li reputo corretti quando mi dicono che avendo una trattativa in corso trovano non utile proporlo ad altri fino a trattativa conclusa. D'altro canto mi aspettavo una differente considerazione o quanto meno sentire una mia eventuale proposta a rialzo. Non per ultimo avendo io alcuni appartamenti in Bergamo che è mia intenzione vendere potevo essere per loro una fonte di ulteriore guadagno in questi tempi non rosei. A long time ago I called asking for properties in Longuelo with certain characteristics and I left my contacts asking to be contacted if they came into possession of real estate units equal to my research. I called back a month ago asking if there was any news, but still none of the proposals fit what I'm looking for. By chance, then, when I enter the internet, I see that they have an apartment with exactly the characteristics listed by me in via Bach in Longuelo. I called back again they tell me that they are already in negotiation. Logical for me to think that they had not collected my data and what I was looking for. On the one hand I consider them correct when they tell me that having a negotiation in progress they find it not useful to propose it to others until the negotiation is concluded. On the other hand, I expected a different consideration or at least hear my possible upside proposal. Last but not least, having some apartments in Bergamo that I intend to sell could be a source of further income for them in these bad times.
