La mattina dopo vengo contattato e mi viene riferito che la proprietaria sta valutando altre offerte , e mi avrebbero fatto sapere...ma io lo avevo preso ! Intanto l'appartamento è ancora sfitto , ed io sto ancora aspettando che mi diano risposta. Professionalità ZERO

The next morning I am contacted and I am told that the owner is evaluating other offers, and they would have let me know ... but I had taken it! Meanwhile, the apartment is still vacant, and I'm still waiting for an answer. ZERO professionalism

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un esperienza brutta. Sconsiglio a tutti questa agenzia. Abbiamo preso in affitto un appartamento tramite loro. Alla fine del contratto quando la proprietaria si rifiutava di rimborsare la caparra(senza manco aver visitato la casa) abbiamo chiesto aiuto e tutela a loro. Si sono rifiutati. Giusto tanto isoldi da parte nostra ormai gli hanno intascati. Sconsiglio questa agenzia in quanto non tutela l'affittuario.
A bad experience. I do not recommend this agency to anyone. We rented an apartment through them. At the end of the contract when the owner refused to refund the deposit (without even having visited the house) we asked them for help and protection. They refused. Just so much money from us have pocketed it now. I do not recommend this agency as it does not protect the tenant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza con questa agenzia è stata pessima. Sono anni che sono in affitto in diverse città e questa è l’agenzia peggiore che mi sia mai capitata. All’ingresso in casa mi era stato detto che avrei usufruito del giardino comune sul retro per poi scoprire nel collloquio successivo con la proprietaria che questo era assolutamente fuori discussione. Nel momento della mediazione all’uscita di casa, l’agenzia non ha svolto un ruolo di mediazione tra locatore e conduttore ma se n’è letteralmente lavata le mani, lasciandomi in una posizione infelice con la proprietaria: situazione che ho dovuto risolvere personalmente e senza alcun tipo di suppporto. Non ho scelto io questa agenzia ma era l’agenzia scelta dalla proprietaria, se mai dovessi avere bisogno di qualcuno a cui appoggiarmi a Bergamo so a chi NON rivolgermi.
My experience with this agency was very bad. I've been renting in different cities for years and this is the worst agency I've ever experienced. Upon entering the house, I was told that I would use the shared back garden only to discover in the following conversation with the owner that this was absolutely out of the question. At the moment of mediation when leaving the house, the agency did not play a role of mediation between the landlord and the tenant but literally washed their hands, leaving me in an unhappy position with the owner: a situation that I had to resolve personally and without any kind of support. I did not choose this agency but it was the agency chosen by the owner, if ever I need someone to lean on in Bergamo I know who NOT to contact.
