Proprietaria Eugenia e personale davvero gentilissimi e accoglienti. Un posto dove ad ogni trattamento è facile sentirsi a proprio agio. Postazione comodissima con tanto di coperta di plaid, puff sotto le ginocchia e musica rilassante. Ho notato molta professionalità e competenza. A parer mio uno degli studi migliori di Bergamo. Consigliatissimo, tornerò sicuramente per altri trattamenti!! I went to the studio twice for eyelash extensions and once for semi-permanent eyebrow tattooing .. what about .. simply the best! Owner Eugenia and staff very kind and welcoming. A place where it is easy to feel at ease with each treatment. Very comfortable station complete with a plaid blanket, puff under the knees and relaxing music. I noticed a lot of professionalism and competence. In my opinion one of the best studios in Bergamo. Highly recommended, I will definitely be back for other treatments !!

Al momento dell'inserimento dei gioielli, mi sono stati messi quelli da 0,8mm (a mio parere troppo piccoli). Avendo già altri piercing, sapevo come curarli, ma questi erano inguaribili. Come si poteva immaginare, la cartilagine aveva poco spazio per potersi gonfiare, così ha fatto infezione: la pelle stessa stava, pian paino, inglobando uno dei due piercing (allego foto). Un male atroce, anche solo se l'orecchio veniva sfiorato. Sotto consiglio di un'infermiera, sono andata al pronto soccorso in cui, dopo avermi fatto una piccola incisione all'orecchio e tanta anestesia (che però non prendeva molto per via del pus), sono riusciti a togliermi i piercing. Tutto questo in meno di 5 giorni: adesso mi ritrovo con un orecchio malconcio e l'antibiotico da prendere. MAI più in questo studio. I went to this studio to do two piercings: precisely the forward helix and the conch. At the time of insertion of the jewels, I was put on the 0.8mm ones (in my opinion too small). Having other piercings already, I knew how to heal them, but these were incurable. As you could imagine, the cartilage had little space to swell, so it became infected: the skin itself was, little by little, incorporating one of the two piercings (I am attaching photos). An excruciating pain, even if only if the ear was touched. Under the advice of a nurse, I went to the emergency room where, after making a small incision in my ear and a lot of anesthesia (which didn't take much because of the pus), they managed to remove my piercings. All this in less than 5 days: now I find myself with a bad ear and the antibiotic to take. NEVER again in this studio.

La foto è del tattoo guarito del tutto e i colori sono rimasti esattamente così: vividi e brillanti. Sembra un gioiello incastonato nella gamba. Qui lavoro come modella e vengo trattata letteralmente coi guanti: ho fatto più di cinque cover-up di lavori fatti da altri tattoo artists che sembravano irrecuperabili e che Jane è riuscita a sistemare e a rendere capolavori. Stessa cosa coi piercing ed i dermal: tutti perfetti, la cura facilissima e al minimo problema o alla minima domanda ho avuto disponibilità e sono stata immediatamente accolta in studio dove ho ricevuto risposte ed aiuto. Sono fortunata ad essere loro cliente. Lo consiglio a tutti! This is just one of the magnificent tattoos done here at Joy Project Studio. The photo is of the tattoo completely healed and the colors have remained exactly like this: vivid and bright. It looks like a jewel set in the leg. Here I work as a model and I am literally treated with gloves: I have done more than five cover-ups of works done by other tattoo artists that seemed irrecoverable and that Jane has managed to fix and make masterpieces. Same thing with piercings and dermals: all perfect, very easy care and at the slightest problem or question I had availability and I was immediately welcomed into the studio where I received answers and help. I am lucky to be their client. I recommend it to everybody!

Qualità buona: assolutamente si Buon rapporto qualità prezzo: altroché, avevo chiesto in altri posti per il trucco semipermanente e Jane è risultata la più economica ma più economica non è stato sinonimo di pessimo servizio o altro...anzi. Jane è stata disponibile sia prima che dopo il trattamento e ha assecondato ogni mia richiesta. È super professionale, puntuale e simpatica nonché competente. Non dimentichiamo la competenza. Il negozio è pulitissimo e ti mette allegria con tutto quel colore e gli ambienti retro. Settimana prossima missione tatuaggio. SUPER RECOMMENDED. What do you like about this activity? Molto brava e attentissima all'igiene,ogni volta che vado x tatuaggio o piercing apre la confezione dell'ago davanti a me,mese scorso ho portato mia figlia a fare piercing al naso, septum, dato che l'anno scorso le avevo fatto fare il nostril e anche questa volta mia figlia si è trovata molto bene e soprattutto Jane la mette a suo agio,mia figlia è una fifona...consiglio questo studio professionale a tutti!!!
