★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di frequentare la tecnocasa di Mira sia per la vendita e per l' acquisto di immobili.Ho avuto modo di frequentare la Tecnocasa di Mira anche per mettere in affitto un immobile e ho sempre trovato cortesia e professionalità.Brave persone che mettono subito in chiaro le varie situazioni che si possono trovare.Poi il signor Alessio in più di qualche occasione mi ha consigliato a titolo gratuito su come muovermi per alcune questioni burocratiche. Se ora dovessi vendere un immobile andrei di sicuro da loro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo scelto di affidarci a un’agenzia immobiliare per paura della trafila burocratica: una realtà labirintica che è meglio affrontare con chi è del mestiere. Devo dire che non ne siamo rimasti delusi. Siamo stati seguiti dalle visite, le più promettenti e quindi ridotte alle strette necessarie, passando per gli accordi preliminari (chi non abbia mai venduto casa non ci pensa ma certe cose sono necessarie), concludendo con le carte per la vendita e l’incontro dal notaio. Consigliatissimi!
We chose to rely on a real estate agency for fear of the bureaucratic process: a labyrinthine reality that is best dealt with by those in the trade. I have to say we weren't disappointed. We were followed by the visits, the most promising and therefore reduced to the necessary constraints, passing through the preliminary agreements (those who have never sold a house do not think about it but certain things are necessary), concluding with the cards for the sale and the meeting from notary. Highly recommended!
