Dopo aver preso accordi per affittare un appartamento, ho scoperto che il proprietario dello stesso era proprio l'agente immobiliare con cui avevo preso contatto, e nonostante ciò insisteva affinché io pagassi la parcella dell'agenzia immobiliare. Per definizione invece, l'agente dovrebbe essere parte neutrale rispetto a venditore/acquirente e locatario/conduttore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una stella è pure Tanto .. Sono capitato in questa “agenzia” per puro caso per un annuncio online, dopo aver preso appuntamento e visitato l immobile non ho più avuto riposte sia telefonicamente ( dopo variate chiamate ) e sia verbalmente ..
Il rispetto viene prima di tutto !! La sconsiglio vivamente, professionalità zero . Non metterò più piede lì dentro !
A star is also a lot .. I came across this "agency" by pure chance for an online ad, after making an appointment and visiting the property I no longer had any answers either by phone (after several calls) and verbally ..
Respect comes first !! I strongly advise against it, zero professionalism. I will never set foot in there again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ VERGOGNOSO, al primo colloquio,dove ritardà di 20 minuti il personaggio non si presenta e ci fa strada con la sua auto verso l immobile, e alle varie domande (normali) all interno dell appartamento come "quanti soldi di spese condominiali" ci risponde "non lo so, boh" quando si libera l appartamento "non saprei".
Sfortunatamente troviamo un appartamento che fa al caso nostro ad un secondo colloquio e ai messaggi (metodo richiesto dall "agente) il personaggio non risponde, e quando raramente lo fa è a dir poco incompetente...piu volte ci è stato detto vi chiamo per darvi notizie e ad oggi dopo 2 mesi non abbiamo e soprattutto non vogliamo nessun contatto, forse è meglio che questo personaggio cambi lavoro, la vendita o l affitto di un appartamento son cose serie, evitatelo.

Unfortunately we find an apartment that suits us at a second interview and messages (method requested by the agent) the character does not respond, and when he rarely does it is nothing short of incompetent ... many times we have been told to call you for to give you news and to date after 2 months we do not have and above all we do not want any contact, perhaps it is better that this character changes job, the sale or the rent of an apartment are serious things, avoid it.
