Vi è stato già detto più volte di persona senza alcun risultato. Credo che passare ogni settimana sia un tantino eccessivo. Neppure i testimoni di Geova sono così ostinati. In più mettete anche volantini nella posta. Non mi rivolgerei mai e poi mai a chi utilizza questi sistemi.

You have already been told several times in person to no avail. I think spending every week is a little excessive. Not even Jehovah's Witnesses are that stubborn. Plus, put flyers in the mail too. I would never, ever turn to those who use these systems.

Sig. na Alice Micheletti che si è dimostrata fin dal primo contatto professionale, efficiente e sempre disponibile per venire incontro ai nostri orari e richieste. Inoltre è sempre stata presente in ogni visita all'immobile ed anche in seguito, con l'invio dei documenti pertinenti la compravendita, fino alla fine con la stipulazione del rogito notarile.
Davvero molto competente, efficiente e professionale, ma allo stesso tempo una persona molto gentile ed alla mano con cui parlare e confrontarsi.
Un grazie anche a Sara pure lei sempre gentile e collaborante unitamente agli altri colleghi dell'ufficio.

Ms. Alice Micheletti who from the very first contact proved to be professional, efficient and always available to meet our schedules and requests. Furthermore, it has always been present in every visit to the property and also afterwards, with the sending of the documents relating to the sale, up to the end with the stipulation of the notarial deed.
Really very competent, efficient and professional, but at the same time a very kind and easygoing person with whom to talk and discuss.
Thanks also to Sara who is always kind and cooperative together with the other colleagues in the office.
Really an excellent agency that of Tecno Casa di Bg. In Via Celadina, excellently managed by Miss Alice and which I highly recommend, to anyone who has to buy or sell a property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alice not only held my hands, but carried me like a newborn baby through the whole process as a foreigner buying a property in Bergamo. She explained the entire process to me, reassured me and helped with organising all the details like getting extra paperwork from the comune and Ireland. I viewed my property in September 2019 and got the keys at the start of December. Highly recommend, especially as I was able to do everything in English. Grazie mille!
