In questa agenzia non si usa piu avvisare per disdire gli appuntamenti?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato scarsa professionalità e molta arroganza. Un attaccamento morboso ai soldi e al pagamento anticipato. Hanno preteso un assegno anticipato dell'intero importo (oltre il 4%) al momento della proposta di acquisto.

Purtroppoo devo confermare quanto detto da coloro che mi hanno preceduto, i quali hanno rivolto all'agenzia Tecnocasa di Bagnoli amare recensioni negative. Personale pessimo e scorretto ma ciò che rende il tutto più triste e vergognoso, è che la scostumatezza più assurda più volgare e la mancanza totale di professionalità venga proprio dalla persona, presente in agenzia, che dovrebbe dare il buon esempio e alla quale consiglio di andare a fare altro, sempre che ne sia capace. C'è da dire che a Bagnoli sono penosamente conosciuti ma non pensavo potessero arrivare a livelli tanto assurdi. Bisogna stare molto attenti a chi ci si rivolge. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Bad and incorrect staff but what makes it all the more sad and shameful, is that the most absurd, most vulgar rudeness and the total lack of professionalism comes from the person, present in the agency, who should set a good example and to whom I recommend going to do something else, as long as it is capable. It must be said that in Bagnoli they are painfully known but I did not think they could reach such absurd levels. You have to be very careful who you are addressing. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Vi racconto la mia personale esperienza: fissato appuntamento per visionare appartamento (senza neanche una conferma scritta), l'agente non si presenta e non risponde al telefono. Al quarto tentativo, e dopo 25 minuti di attesa, mi viene riferito un orario differente da quello stabilito e che è "impossibile" ci sia stato un errore da parte loro. Scarsa serietà e professionalità.
Experience to forget.
