Compro questa pianta(quella della 1 foto)il giorno 11 dicembre 2021 Chiedo di togliermelo da parte pagando l interno importo con la premessa di ritirarla di giorno 24 dicembre 2021. Scrivono un bigliettino lo applicano sulla pianta e viene messa da parte, mi presento il giorno 24 per il ritiro.... e trovo la sorpresa.... la mia pianta (MIA PERCHE L AVEVO GIA PAGATA PER INTERNO IMPORTO)è sparita... DOPO 5 MINUTI E VARI GIRI PER IL DEPOSITO DICONO CHE LA MIA PIANTA E STATA MESSA FUORI ESPOSTA E MI PRESENTA QUELLA DELLA 2 FOTO.....SECONDO VOI E LA STESSA? TROVANO VARIE SCUSE CHE LA PIANTA E LA STESSA MA CHE HANNO CAMBIATO IL VASO PERCHE ROTTO..... MORALE DELLA FAVOLA CHIEDO LA RESTITUZIONE DEI SOLDI E VADO VIA..... NON MI E MAI CAPITATO DI ACQUISTARE QUALCOSA E TE NE VOGLIONO RIFILARE UN ALTRA. IMPERATORE PER ME E CON ME CHIUSO.... Bad experience .... I buy this plant (the one in the 1 photo) on 11 December 2021 I ask you to take it away by paying the internal amount with the premise of withdrawing it on December 24, 2021.
