Sufficienza da parte del personale addetto alla consegna che neanche ha avuto l’onestà di scusarsi. F	Fabiola De Virgilio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do 1 stella per l'esperienza negativa inerente ad ecografia addome completa fatta oggi, un esame che dovrebbe richiedere scrupolosità e puntualità, dato la condizione disagiosa di vescica piena, e non 35 minuti di ritardo del radiologo che cercavano anche gli operatori alla reception, lasciando un paziente con dolori addominali per trattenere oltre il sopportabile. Esame fatto in 5 minuti ( nonostante abbia fatto altre volte in altre sedi questo esame abbastanza scrupoloso e più duraturo), senza la partecipazione di un consiglio valido o un supporto, nonostante la mia richiesta e le mie domande per i dolori, ho trovato il radiologo poco empatico e professionale, con risposte vaghe o silenzi, se bisognava pagare anche per avere un supporto al problema , bastava dirlo, se uno fa un esame è per una necessità non per perder tempo e soldi, avevo chiesto telefonicamente se potevo contare su un parere medico facendo l'esame, e mi avevate detto di si, ma così non è stato e sono punto e da capo, con un dischetto pagato, una diagnosi ipotetica a voce "potrebbe essere infiammazione al colon" non riportata nel referto, non sapere cosa posso prendere per i dolori e non la risoluzione o quanto meno risposte più concrete al problema che resta, anche abbastanza doloroso. Da chi dovrei andare adesso in queste condizioni? Di sicuro non mi rivolgerò più qui per questo settore, o meglio con quel radiologo.
