Fortunatamente richiamandoli per un'altra informazione, un'altra l'infermiera , questa volta molto disponibile mi ha spiegato tutto il procedimento inviandomi anche una email. Io in medicina sono ignorante lo ammetto, ma se chiedo informazioni a chi sa fare il suo mestiere ,mi aspetto che siano giuste, per evitare di ripetere l'esame They answer the phone after many minutes of waiting and whoever answered me gave me wrong information for the procedure and delivery times !!!! Creandomi problemi al lavoro .... Quando mi era stato confermato che se fossi stato preciso in 10 minuti avrei fatto... C	Caterina Di Pasquale on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appuntanento alle 7.30 hanno iniziato a fare i tamponi 8.20 tenendo le persone fuori ad 1° per oltre 1 ora e per giunta L'infermiera per i tamponi, molto scontrosa e arrogante......la ricevuta arrivata via email alle 20 come da loro annunciato, ma peccato che ne il referto e il greenpass mi hanno inviato. HO mandato mail x la documentazione mancante e mi mandano solo referto...... Sono arrivato da loro in una situazione di emergenza, tutto lo staff si è subito attivato e, in tempo record, hanno risolto il mio problema. Voglio sottolineare che ero di passaggio e non un cliente abituale ma questo non ha cambiato le cose, anzi sono stato trattato come il loro miglior cliente di sempre. Complimenti continuate cosi. If reliability is seen in times of need, there is no doubt that the Salvati center is the best you can aspire to. I came to them in an emergency situation, all the staff immediately activated and, in record time, they solved my problem. I want to emphasize that I was passing through and not a regular customer but that didn't change things, in fact I was treated as their best customer ever. Congratulations keep it up.

Per avere un referto per tornare a lavoro (sono vaccinato) e con tampone negativo, i signori mi hanno fatto perdere una giornata per farmi dare un cavolo di referto. Mentre a mia moglie non vaccinata in quanto s'offre di miocardite., le hanno negato il Greenpass, nonostante avesse avuto il tampone negativo. La signora ad detta al tampone è stata sgarbata con mia moglie in quanto non vaccinata, trattandola come un'untrice. Una vergogna. Bad experience! Don't go swab these gentlemen. They do not issue reports or Greenpass. To get a report to go back to work (I'm vaccinated) and with a negative swab, the gentlemen made me waste a day to get a damn report. While my wife was not vaccinated because she suffers from myocarditis., They denied her the Greenpass, despite having had the negative swab. The lady according to the swab was rude to my wife as she was not vaccinated, treating her as an untrice. A shame.
