★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non rispondono mai al telefono, se rispondono c'è fax, se non c'è fax chiudono comunicazione. Posto senza parcheggio nemmeno x disabili. Schifo totale
They never answer the phone, if they answer there is a fax, if there is no fax they end the communication. Place without parking not even for the disabled. Total disgust

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente avrei messo 0. Hanno sbagliato gli esami, in conseguenza ho dovuto rifare gli esami urgentemente ad ASL con dei risultati diversi. Non hanno ristituito dei soldi e si sono comportati in modo impropriato. Un servizio deludente e scarso.
Honestly I would have put 0. The exams were wrong, consequently I had to urgently redo the exams at ASL with different results. They did not pay back any money and behaved improperly. A disappointing and poor service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza molto positiva. Le due dottoresse, Federica e Antonella, molto brave e disponibili, specie con i bambini. Le segretarie Donatella e Monica pazienti, anche con tanto lavoro. Il dr Emanuele è insuperabile. Piccolo centro ma di qualità!
Very positive experience. The two doctors, Federica and Antonella, very good and helpful, especially with children. The secretaries Donatella and Monica are patient, even with a lot of work. Dr Emanuele is unsurpassed. Small center but quality!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempistiche per la consegna dei prelievi un po' lunga rispetto ad altre realtà cittadine. Quattro giorni lavorativi per un solo valore ematico mentre altrove, in un paio di giorni ho ricevuto esami ben più consistenti. Spero migliorino, perché il personale è davvero competente.
Timing for the delivery of withdrawals a bit long compared to other cities. Four working days for a single blood value while elsewhere, in a couple of days I received much more consistent tests. I hope they improve, because the staff are really competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi rivolgerò mai più a questa struttura. Per due volte ho verificato gli stessi gravi disservizi: tempi di attesa infiniti, puzza e sporcizia all'esterno, la classica scusa del terminali guasti (compratevi un altro computer). Non possono trattare i clienti come animali. Se facessi io così con i miei clienti avrei già chiuso, ed è ciò che si meritano.
I will never contact this facility again. Twice I have seen the same serious inefficiencies: endless waiting times, stench and dirt on the outside, the classic excuse of a broken terminal (buy yourself another computer). They can't treat customers like animals. If I did that with my clients I would have already closed, and that's what they deserve.
