Nel mio caso una stupenda Icon.e green marines s 48v 250w. Recatomi al negozio ho conosciuto Rachele la simpatica figlia di Mauro proprietario del negozio che mi ha subito fatto provare un modello e poi mi ha aiutato a cercare nel catalogo il modello che preferivo..dopo pochi giorni la mia bici era arrivata e mi è stata consegnata già pronta per partire . Qualche tempo dopo a causa di un malfunzionamento mi sono recato al negozio per l'assistenza post-vendita ed il signor Mauro mi ha riparato il problema a sue spese dato che il distributore non voleva aiutarci. Che dire un negozio ben fornito con del personale cordiale e competente con una onestà ormai rara da trovare..consigliato! I was looking for an electric folding bike and once I found the brand I liked I discovered that Aerelli was the official distributor. In my case a beautiful Icon.e green marines s 48v 250w. When I went to the shop, I met Rachele, the nice daughter of Mauro, owner of the shop who immediately let me try a model and then helped me to search for the model I preferred in the catalog .. after a few days my bike had arrived and was delivered to me ready to go. Some time later due to a malfunction I went to the shop for after-sales assistance and Mr. Mauro repaired the problem at his expense as the distributor did not want to help us. What about a well-stocked shop with friendly and competent staff with an honesty now rare to find .. recommended!
