L'ambiente è curato e pulito e i medici molto attenti, competenti e cortesi. Ci ritornerò di sicuro. Per quanto riguarda la possibilità di fissare un appuntamento un ‘agonia si devono utilizzare ore x prendere la linea che anche se si prende non rispondono. Pessimo impatto!!!! Ho chiesto informazioni sugli esami del sangue e la sua risposta era sempre ‘non lo so’.. Chi è sempre a contatto con le persone non può trattare gli altri così sennò cambi lavoro che fai prima. the staff especially the rude secretary, really, I change outpatient clinic if I have to be treated like this again. Segretaria al banco accettazione non proprio entusiasta del contatto col pubblico, diversamente dal personale paramedico, attento ed efficiente. Positive experience. Non ho notato problemi di pulizia come lamentano altre recensioni, anzi l'ambiente era molto curato ed il personale è stato sempre gentile. Pubblicamente, in altre strutture, non era possibile prenotare con un giorno di preavviso per la questione Covid, quindi mi è toccato fare privatamente. Ho chiamato qui e mi hanno dato subito appuntamento per il giorno dopo. Mostrando le impegantive del medico, mi hanno fatto pagare 190 euro, il che ci stava per tutti gli esami che dovevo fare, secondo me. Purtroppo dopo aver portato i referti al medico, mi viene riferito che in laboratorio hanno calcolato un valore non richiesto e non eseguito invece uno richiesto. Adesso mi tocca rifare gli esami. Invito chi di dovere a controllare bene le prestazioni richieste nelle impegantive. I had to have blood tests on the days of my period. Now I have to retake the exams. I invite those in duty to check well the performance required in the impegantive.
