★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pazienza zero, professionalità pure e scortesia! La gente che va a spendere soldi non lo fa x divertimento, ma perche ha dei problemi. Io sono un infermiera e so bene che nell ambiente sanitario ci vuole pazienza, umanità ed empatia (altrimenti meglio cambiare mestiere!)
Zero patience, pure professionalism and discourtesy! People who go to spend money don't do it for fun, but because they have problems. I am a nurse and I know well that in the healthcare environment it takes patience, humanity and empathy (otherwise better to change jobs!)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho fatto una visita dal Prof. Butti e non solo ho trovato una grande preparazione e professionalità ma anche una umanità molto gradita.
Il mio problema è complicato ma il Prof. mi ha dedicato il tempo necessario per la visita e per spiegarmi esattamente la situazione.
I visited Prof. Butti and not only did I find a great preparation and professionalism but also a very welcome humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dott. Buddi un esperienza assolutamente negativa. Mi ha preso ingiustamente 158€ e nemmeno ha toccato mia mamma con un dito per visitarla.
Non ha fatto una sua diagnosi, ha semplicemente letto le visite precedenti e poi liquidati in pochi minuti perché aveva fretta .
Se questo è un professore poveri noi.
Dr. Buddi an absolutely negative experience. He took unfairly € 158 and he didn't even touch my mom with a finger to visit her.
He did not make his diagnosis, he simply read the previous visits and then paid off in a few minutes because he was in a hurry.
If this is a poor professor we.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La Cronomed è un ottimo centro medico. Lo frequento da qualche anno e devo dire che ho sempre trovato professionalità e competenza. Ho preso appuntamenti con più di uno specialista (ortopedico, dermatologo, senologo) e ho trovato solo professionisti eccellenti . Infine vorrei mettere l’accento sulla cortesia e il sorriso con cui si viene accolti... non è una cosa affatto scontata ed é un ottimo biglietto da visita.
Cronomed is an excellent medical center. I have been attending it for some years and I must say that I have always found professionalism and competence. I made appointments with more than one specialist (orthopedist, dermatologist, senologist) and found only excellent professionals. Finally I would like to put the accent on courtesy and the smile with which one is welcomed ... it is not something at all obvious and it is an excellent business card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Accoglienza scortese e maleducata. Atteggiamenti di discriminazione a dir poco umilianti. Per non parlare del dottore che alla fine si è messo a gridarmi addosso offendendo e umiliandomi fuori all'aperto nel parcheggio pubblico! Però i miei soldi li hanno voluti lostesso! Un'esperienza terribile. Il tutto semplicemente perchè era importante per me stare accanto a mia moglie incinta durante una visita.
Neanche i cani randagi si trattano così. Sono tutt'ora allibito e sconvolto.
Rude and rude reception. Attitudes of discrimination humiliating to say the least. Not to mention the doctor who eventually started yelling at me, offending and humiliating me out in the open in the public parking lot! But they wanted my money the same! A terrible experience. All this simply because it was important for me to be next to my pregnant wife during a visit.
Even stray dogs don't treat each other like that. I am still stunned and shocked.
