Unfortunately I have to share the other negative reviews: the customer service is really null, available only to acquire orders, they do not respond even in the face of written communications for inefficiencies and errors!
A	Andrea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo recensire un o essimo servizio, telefonicamente molto cordiali, con informazioni accurate e preventivo immediato, con l'accordo di farci avere il dispenser (boccione dell'acqua) nel giro di 2-3 giorni...peccato che tra il dire e il fare ci sia veramente di mezzo il mare se non addirittura l'oceano..dopo quasi 3 settimane di attesa e ripetute chiamate telefoniche per capire che problemi avessero avuto, ad oggi ancora niente...se questa è serietà, avanti così! Unfortunately I have to review a service, very cordial by telephone, with accurate information and an immediate quote, with the agreement to let us have the dispenser (water bottle) within 2-3 days ... too bad that between saying and the doing is really in the middle of the sea if not the ocean .. after almost 3 weeks of waiting and repeated telephone calls to understand what problems they had had, to date still nothing ... if this is serious, go on like this!

Anche perché vorrei ancora capire cosa me ne sarei fatta ??‍♀️.. Lasciamo perdere..!! Il servizio clienti è pressochè inesistente se non per chiedere nuove forniture di acqua. Ad ogni chiarimenti si è spesso respinti in malo modo. Very poor delivery service of the bottles with evident errors in the counts. The customer service is almost non-existent except to ask for new water supplies. At every clarification, it is often rejected badly.

Se chiamate per chiedere informazioni riguardo al vostro contratto REGISTRATE la chiamata perché vi forniscono informazioni errate per poi farvi pagare penali per recesso anticipato dal contratto !!!! STATE MOLTO ATTENTI!!!! Rispondono gentilmente ma non so se per incompetenza di chi risponde o in mala fede vi mettono nei guai Very bad experience!
