L'installazione concordata è avvenuta in orario e il tecnico ha espletato le operazioni in mezzora , senza nessun problema. Abbiamo usato il sistema immediatamente , mediante il rubinetto dedicato che si presenta anche gradevole da vedere. Consiglio il gruppo di filtraggio a tutti . I bought the water purification system reported to me by a friend who had already installed it. When it was time to order everything was easy. They would call asking, send an email confirming, calling you to make sure you are at home for delivery and the possibility to pay with post. I was very happy about the service... Yet things ended badly. I received an email saying I need to pay 90 euros because the invoice was due. I felt it was very rude not to let me know 1 that I had to pay 90 euros per year and not once as I remember the first telephone conversation was.. and 2nd the way this lady replied to me. Saying they can't call every client asking them to remember. Well... an email would be enough, wouldn't it? AI was left with the obligation to renew for 90 euros or pay 50 euros for them to come back and take the machine. Also, they don't take the bottles back which made me start wondering where the "free plastic" model works for them???
