★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho telefonato per informazioni su un mezzo in vendita e la ragazza che mi ha risposto non era in grado di darmi le informazioni richieste, ho lasciato il recapito telefonico e avrei dovuto essere ricontattata in giornata dall'addetto alle vendite, ma dopo 10 giorni nessun contatto. Probabilmente non hanno bisogno di vendere.
 I phoned for information on a vehicle on sale and the girl who answered me was not able to give me the requested information, I left the telephone number and I would have to be contacted again by the sales person within the day, but after 10 days no contact . They probably don't need to sell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In un periodo complicato dove se ordini un camper ci sono attese infinite e ritardi sulle consegne ho trovato da loro in pronta consegna il camper che stavo sognando da un bel po'...un bellissimo van 5,40, modello base ma con la truma a gasolio, frigo a compressore e prezzo da non dover vendere un rene per comprarlo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 Gennaio 2020 acquisto un Granduca roller team nuovo che per causa covid invece che essere consegnato ad aprile come da accordi è arrivato a metà giugno, ma d'altronde eravamo in piena pandemia. Il 10 Dicembre 2021 siamo in montagna e in piena notte scoppia la stufa.
Il camper è stato poi portato da Ideaverde per poterlo sistemare in garanzia il 18 Dicembre 2021 e ci è stato riconsegnato il 9 Febbraio 2022. Speravamo di attendere meno ma Ideaverde ha risolto il problema aiutandoci anche con la garanzia. Grazie
1 January 2020 I purchase a new Grand Duke roller team which, due to covid, arrived in mid-June instead of being delivered in April as agreed, but on the other hand we were in full pandemic. On 10 December 2021 we are in the mountains and in the middle of the night the stove bursts.
The camper was then brought by Ideaverde to be able to arrange it under warranty on December 18, 2021 and it was returned to us on February 9, 2022. We hoped to wait less but Ideaverde solved the problem also helping us with the guarantee. Thank you
