★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This family owned little gem is fabulous. You must get the Farmhouse soup, a rich blend of tomato, spinach and mushroom. The food is exquisite. You are treated like family. The owner Ella has been so welcoming and lovely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect dining experience in the heart of Florence! As soon as we saw the place it gave us a cosy vibe and we were not disappointed when we decided to have dinner there. Super friendly staff (Ela was a marvel), delicious home cooked food with fresh ingredients and a great Italian atmosphere. Definitely recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came by as staying very close in the area. Service was super quick, but I feel like they were rushing us for some reason considering there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. Had a little bit of a dull vibe, it was super quiet. Food was okay, not anything special as everyone raves on. The meat in my pasta was sparse. It all tasted like normal pasta and the prices arent any cheaper than anywhere else.

Top bistecca with chianti sauce, hand made ravioli and the dessert was the burner..with the right vin santo! it would be nice to have an offer where the dessert is offered with the vin santo together i guess most of the tourist dont know that these two need to be together...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent restaurant with a simple decoration, a plaisant service and quality food. And tap water :-)
The starters were very good : baby squid tender with a good sauce and the meat delicatessen plate was the most diversified we had in Florence. Then a risotto with shrimp perfectly cooked and a Safran taste. The tagliatelle were aldente but it was lacking of sauce of the day, maybe because we have eaten late.
And if you are still hungry, their desert are well balanced too and have a proper size so be careful.
Whereas it was a late lunch a Sunday, all the staff were very nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Italian, very good food for a fair price and great atmosphere. We went for lunch, we were the only tourists. The offer a great deal for 12,50€ pp you can choose two dishes out of a variety of option (wine and water included).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I expected this trattoria a lot..according to the nice reviews but honestly I was quite disappointed with a lamb dish. Beef steak was good and vegetable dish was unique, delicious but the lamb was too dry. The flavor was okay but the texture was just eatable. The potato served together was..some part was too salty and some part wasn’t salted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favourite one in Florence so far. The owner Ella was the greatest host. Very welcoming and accommodating. My wife had specific food needs and Ella and her team happily accommodated and customised their dish accordingly. Which restaurant does that? And the food, muah???. Starters, main and desserts all awesome. I think this one is way too under rated.i would give this 10 stars for hospitality, the food, the relaxing ambience and wonderful team. Would love to come here again anytime without thinking twice
